COMMENTS: "Needing to have my brake pad and possible my disks skimmed replaced, I went to my closest tyre place which happens to be this branch.  I was treated with respect and dignity and 'intelligence' that I seldom appreciate from others in the automotive industry.  I use the term 'intelligence' in that manner as I am a female and mother and the feeling I get when dealing with the automotive industry is that they treat us woman as if we're stupid and don't understand 'car stuff' and therefore can be taken for a very expensive ride (no pun)! I am a little wiser to the world - case in point: - my own vehicle dealer originally wanted to charge me close to 4 times (yes - 4 times!!!) more than what Hi-Q Lombard Tyres ended up charging me for - with brand new parts!

You fitted Kumho KH16 tyres on to my Volvo Cross Country.  They are everything I had hoped they would be; Quiet, smooth riding and excellent in the wet weather.  I've also been very surprised at how well they have lasted on gravel roads.  We completed a 2000km trip over the festive season, much of which was on gravel.  I recently inspected the tyres, and was pleased to see no damage (cuts or missing rubber) from the gravel.
